The Edelgard plush fits perfectly with my FE collection, and Mogi was very nice and went above and beyond when I needed help with an order. Would buy from again and a great seller.

Shipping and Handling
In the event of lost parcels there will be no refunds as it is outside of our control, especially if 'Standard Mail' is opted for, which does not come with a tracking number. Please choose 'Registered Mail' if you would like a tracking number, and double-check your address before ordering to minimize cases of lost mail.
Once the order is marked as dispatched from the store and in the hands of the delivery service, we are no longer held responsible for the whereabouts of your package. Please contact your local post office for queries with regards to your package as they're most equipped to assist you.
Standard Mail: Singpost Airmail, untracked
Registered Mail: Singpost Airmail/Qxpress depending on availability, tracked
What if I want to order a pre-order item and an available item together?
Any items purchased with a PRE-ORDER item in a single receipt will be withheld until the PRE-ORDER item is available and ready to be shipped out!
If you would like to have the already available item shipped out first, please order them separately from a PRE-ORDER item.
Do I have to pay tax?
Etsy automatically collects and remits tax for certain states in USA, UK, and EU.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and VAT incurred by their order. Failure to pay for these fees in a timely manner will result in your package being forwarded back to me. In such cases, I can only refund the order value excluding the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your local post service disregards contacting you for payment of your imported tax duties, please check with your local post office if your package did not arrive within the stated estimation date (3 - 6 working weeks is the most common timeframe).
